The CISO Application and Cloud Security team is responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect TSB applications estate and cloud environments via identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with TSB’s security standards and industry best practices. You will be leading an existing team of application and cloud security specialists.

 

How you’ll make a difference

Senior Manager of Application & Cloud Security will be responsible for providing direction, guidance and be SME to internal stakeholders on all matter’s application and cloud security related and will manage the CISO Application and Cloud Security team.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Have strong experience managing multiple teams.
  • Have strong knowledge and experience across multiple areas including Application Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerabilities Management and SDLC Lifecycle.
  • Manage the delivery and operation of penetration testing, static application security testing (SAST), software composition analysis (SCA), dynamic application security testing (DAST), cloud security (across multiple cloud environments such as AWS, Azure) and Red Team tools and services.
  • Accountable for driving, tracking, and reporting remediation of vulnerabilities.
  • Continuously review and audit any shortfalls between actual security measures and established policy, developing and monitoring improvement plans and actions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work in a collaborative way with other Teams across TSB to provide the best outcome to customers.
