The role 🦸
We’re hiring an Office Coordinator to join our friendly People Operations team. Being front of house you’ll enjoy ownership of your work helping our office run smoothly, while benefiting from the input of a highly supportive and collaborative team. Not afraid to shine, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to enhance our culture and refreshing working environment through your communications and helpful approach to all. As well as providing the warmest welcome for all our visitors, you’ll engage in some form with every FreeAgent employee and positively contribute to the overall employee experience.

Day-to-day, here’s what you can expect:
Providing day-to-day admin support in a fast-paced environment
Handling phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors
Ordering office catering and refreshments, set up and tidy meeting rooms
Looking after the anniversary and birthday calendar
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and arrange couriers
Stationery management and ordering of business cards
General office housekeeping (dishwasher/stocking fridges/tidy communal areas, fish tank)
Assisting in organising staff events, wellbeing initiatives
Help with onboarding new starts and offboarding leavers
Allocating office key fobs, assisting with general office security
Support the Office Manager and the wider People Operations team with ad hoc tasks and projects

You 🙌
You’ll have significant front of house or reception experience and enjoy playing a prominent role within any organisation
You’ll be willing to get involved with a wide variety of tasks
You’ll be proactive, instinctively able to reprioritise as each day unfolds
You’ll be comfortable working with Google Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
A warm, engaging and inclusive approach is essential to be successful in this role

Benefits 🎁
The annual salary for this role is £17,290 – £22,000 and you’ll be primarily based in our offices in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
