The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team. You will love learning and helping others to learn in creative and dynamic ways. Our firm has a thriving learning culture and you’ll be a part of our progressive, award-winning and collaborative L&D team.
The role will involve designing and delivering a range of soft skills and leadership programmes, delivered face to face and virtually. You will enjoy working on a variety of projects which are aligned to our firm’s strategy (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Digital, Leadership and Engagement).
From time to time you will need to travel to our other office locations (London and Birmingham).

You should have:
Experience of designing and delivering a range of programmes
Understanding of how good learning can contribute to commercial success
Excellent project management and technology skills
Knowledge of psychometrics and their use in development, this may include insights discovery, emotional intelligence, team models etc.
Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and measure learning programmes, both face to face and virtual
Deliver individual and team coaching to a high standard (once qualified)
Contribute to key L&D projects to support the achievement of our strategic imperatives
Utilise data to ensure we’re adopting a diverse & inclusive approach, and benchmark against best practice
Stakeholder management, working closely with our Business Leaders and HRBP’s to assess relevant learning
Ensure high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of L&D – including digital, face-to-face, suppliers, curated materials, etc.
Qualifications:
Qualified to degree level advantageous but not essential
CIPD qualified advantageous but not essential
Qualified or keen to become a qualified coach

What personal information do we collect?
We will collect the following information about you in connection with your interest in or application for employment, membership or engagement with the firm:
· Name, gender, home address and telephone number, date of birth
· Residency, nationality and work permit status, passport information
· Information relating to your application to the firm, such as interview notes and test results

Using your personal information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
· In connection with your application to the firm. We hold your personal information because we need it to process your application for the role you have applied for, as well as be able to report and monitor the progress of candidates through each stage of recruitment.
We may ask you to undertake a form of profiling called psychometric testing as part of your application or supply your academic achievements to help assess the context within which you achieved your grades, and we will provide more information about this if it applies to you.
· To advertise future roles. If you opt into our job alerts service, we will send you targeted email communications containing job alerts. What is personal information?

What is the lawful basis for processing?

Sharing your personal information with others
