Naturally you’ll be a people person, with a warm, engaging and inclusive approach to all that you do.
Ideally you’ll have
Experience of designing, delivering and measuring learning initiatives, including face-to-face training (essential)
Experience of conducting learning needs assessments and analysing data to inform learning activities

This is a part time role, ideally 21 hours per week but open to negotiation between 14 – 21 hours per week. You’ll be primarily based in our offices in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh under a hybrid working pattern with the option to work remotely outside agreed set office days.
This role could be attractive to an individual who is returning to work or is looking for an opportunity to develop and contribute to the creation of a L&D proposition within a fast moving organisation whilst managing family commitments and a work life balance.
