The Role 👷

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Marketing Platform team. You’ll work collaboratively across engineering, sales and marketing to implement and maintain our instance of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud and related systems. You’ll also enhance end-user experience by providing training, continuous support and new feature development.

This role requires a zealous approach to security, processes and risk mitigation, and a real love of training and working with team members to solve problems while keeping the larger company data structure and goals in mind.

Day-to-day, here’s what you can expect:

You’ll build effective relationships across all of the business.
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement.
Manage the Salesforce Change Process from plan to test and release.
Train new users and our team on any new features/implementations – including group and individual training.
Create, manage and curate reports and dashboards.
Migrate data and customisations across Salesforce environments and manage bulk uploads.
Make data-driven decisions to optimise customer solutions.
Create and maintain data extensions and subscriber lists.
Complete QA checks on changes to data and journeys.
Create new fields, objects and processes within Salesforce.
Test, implement and maintain Salesforce integrations, applications and customisations.
Provide support and point of escalation for product teams using the Salesforce platform.

You 🙌

Ideally you’ll have:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and maintaining integrations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, including custom reporting within Salesforce.com and custom reporting objects.
Experience maintaining a fairly complex Salesforce organisation (either with more users, a more complex sharing model, integrations and/or using less common features).
Experience maintaining and customising the Salesforce organisation using best practices. Full understanding of options, such as automation, record types vs. page layouts.
Strong project management skills and able to implement a robust development cycle to specify, plan, implement, test, and release new changes to the platform.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Great communication skills and the ability to train others in how to use the system, tailoring the training to each individual or user role.
A high level of self-motivation and self-awareness
A commitment to ongoing self-development, improving both technical and soft skills. If you have the commitment, we can provide opportunities for you.

Annual salary £30,000 – £47,500 depending on experience, plus competitive benefits package.
