The Role
As a result of further investment, significant new contract wins and planned growth, Frog Systems is now looking to hire a Creative Content Designer to join the team in Scotland. The successful candidate will join a young, growing team, dedicated to spreading awareness of mental wellness.

Working closely with the CEO and Marketing Team, you would help Frog Systems develop their brand, create impact through all their communications channels, and work on the look of the wellbeing platforms they build for clients.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Content creation
  • Creating graphics/photography/videography for social media, websites, marketing and sales, plus events
  • Manage consistency of brand identity across all customer touchpoints

You will be creating content for:

  • Digital business assets (brochures, flyers, guides etc.)
  • Google Display Network ads
  • Social posting
  • Instagram stories
  • Website and physical promotional banners
  • Email graphics
  • Magazine adverts
  • And more

Location: This is primarily a home-based, remote role, although you will be required to work from the Frog Systems’ HQ in Glasgow two days out of five.

This is a permanent role within a small but growing team so good interpersonal skills are important as is a genuine enthusiasm for bringing to life our work in the mental health and wellbeing space.

 

Requirements
This role would suit a creative, digitally-savvy individual capable of contributing and working independently but also collaboratively within a busy and supportive team.

You will have a Degree or HND in Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience. You will have experience working for a similar company in-house, a creative agency or a charitable organisation and have a strong demonstrable knowledge of digital and social media design trends as well as print.

Essential:

  • Be able to generate and present original ideas and have a good understanding of UI and UX design as you will work with our front-end designer on websites for us and our clients as well as with our marketing and communications team
  • Have strong knowledge of the full Adobe creative suite
  • Have the ability to design moving as well as still images and understand printing processes
  • Have a great portfolio that demonstrates your abilities across a wide range of creative design work
  • Experience in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (or similar equivalents (Sketch etc))
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated track record of creating engaging graphic content
  • An understanding of brand identity and visual consistency
  • Integrity, as well as enthusiasm for taking ownership and the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

  • Photography and videography skills (shooting/editing/motion graphics)
  • Experience or interest in working alongside a digital marketing strategy
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects
