Opportunity to join our talented in-house design team as a Presentation Designer. As owners of the visual brand, our design team develop and deliver creative content across the business, including marketing collateral (e.g. publications, video, animations, etc.), internal communications, UI, as well as design for proposals and pitches, via our designated bids designer.  The presentation designer will work closely with the team to help create innovative and high quality proposals and presentations, that are on brand and helping to deliver the excellent customer experience we strive for across all that we do. The design team have an excellent reputation and success rate and this is due to the strong teamwork and skills we have. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating compelling and impactful PowerPoint presentations for proposal pitches, client-facing meetings, webinars and conferences.
  • Driving innovation in format and media for presentations and proposal graphics.
  • Supporting the Bids Designer and liaising with the wider Bids Team to schedule and deliver bid-related collateral.
  • Transforming ordinary presentations into engaging experiences (e.g. by exploring use of custom graphics, animation, embedded media), to deliver high-end creative presentations.
  • Applying the appropriate level of design to presentation and bid materials, ensuring they are client-centric, clear and compelling, while maintaining the
  • Upholding brand guidelines and having a strong knowledge of design standards.
  • Creating and maintaining specialised design elements, graphics and infographics for inclusion in pitch presentations and Word proposal documents.
  • When required, liaising with external print and production providers.

The Candidate:

  • Self-starter, with a drive for personal / professional development.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for working to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and performing under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex messages/processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced desktop publishing software skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Additional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign an advantage.
  • Preferably some experience of working in a professional services/consultancy environment and/or experience of working on bids/proposals.
