Purpose of role

The 6-week placement can be based in our Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices and will be working in our Innovation and Technology team. This role will offer an excellent opportunity to gain an insight into the technologies that underpin and support our legal work.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Helpdesk analysts with onsite support to answer Helpdesk calls in a timely fashion.
  • General system and/or PC administration.
  • Assisting either the infrastructure team or the development and systems teams with tasks as required.
  • Reviewing technical and systems knowledge articles and ensuring they're up to date.
  • Attend meetings with end user colleagues to discuss project progress and outputs.
  • Undertake tasks or actions resulting from meetings to support Product Owners.
  • Testing development tasks and ensuring acceptance criteria met.

REPORTING TO: Dedicated Supervisor

Hours per week:  35 hours

Duration: 6 weeks

Commencing: 17 June 2024

Remote/Office/Hybrid: Hybrid

Internship Site: Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices

SALARY: £420 per week
