The Department of Computer & Information Sciences at the University of Strathclyde is looking for a 0.5 FTE Research Assistant to support an exciting new national study focused on caregivers of people with dementia.
Your role is to ensure the successful completion of the iSupport project across multiple study aspects such as study recruitment, data collection, data analysis, preparation of the academic manuscripts and dissemination events- including a focus on the Scottish arm of this national study.
The study aims to recruit 356 dementia carers aged 18+ in England, Wales and Scotland and will examine: the effectiveness of iSupport in reducing distress; what aspects of iSupport carers like the most, and what might put them off and the potential cost benefits of iSupport.
Interviews are scheduled for 14 May 2021.
