About the role

Area of interest: Marketing / Client Relationship Management / Consumer engagement

As a marketing intern you will be responsible for assisting in the development of a consumer journey for high value consumers of The Macallan that are owners of The Macallan cask programme, En Primeur.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, you will help with engagement of clients and capturing the required data.

The role will support data collection and analysis and aligning consumer journeys with key stakeholders on The Macallan Estate and in the Global Brand Team of The Macallan.

The role will get involved in email marketing, CRM systems, Consumer Service, Experiential delivery, and luxury hospitality for High-Net-Worth Consumers.

  • Capturing relevant data within the CRM system and booking systems
  • Assisting experiential toolkits
  • Supporting bookings and activations of En Primeur clients
  • Working with colleagues from across Marketing and Supply Chain for helping to bottle and shipping of casks to clients.
  • Supporting sales of limited and prestige releases from The Macallan.

REPORTING TO: Stuart Cassells-General Manager, The Macallan Estate

Hours per week:  37.5 hours

Duration: 12 weeks

Commencing: 10th June

Remote/Office/Hybrid:  Office based (with potential of hybrid tbc)

Office Location: The Macallan Estate, Easter Elchies, Aberlour AB38 9RX

SALARY: £472.50 per week
